Design Description:
Hello, I'm from Saint Lucia. I require a steel reinforcement plan for the floor slab and beams of a three-story residential building. The columns have dimensions of 1 foot by 1 foot and are situated on 5-foot by 5-foot pad footings, which are reinforced with four T16 and four T12 steel bars. I need someone to calculate the amount and what type of steel bar I would need to reinforce the concrete. I'm looking for skilled expertise to help me achieve this goal. I attached the floor plan, there are 4 single bedrooms on ground floor, 2 double bedrooms on 1st & 2nd floor.
