Specifications: The plot is 355m2. The house is 14.5 wide by 25m deep,that is, the total design area is 362.5 square meters,3 floor. 4 bedrooms with 3 to 4 showers. Ground floor: A bedroom with shower on the ground floor A guest toilet on the ground floor if possible directly at the entrance. Living room with large view of the rear garden. Closed kitchen with storage space that can accommodate the washing machine. Depending on the layout of the living room, it must have a glazed opening onto the garden, a large sliding bay window. Possibly a swimming pool at the bottom of the garden 12 m2 1st floor: 2 bedrooms and master bedroom. The 2 children's bedrooms can share a shower on the first floor, equally accessible from the two bedrooms Each room must be at least 12 m2 Master bedroom: Rear garden view At least 15m2 4m2 dressing room The parental shower must receive a bathtub. And 10m deep garden at the back. The elements in the showers must be aligned and the shower column preferably at an angle. Space for showering minimum 80cm. Choose large glazed openings, windows or sliding doors. No visible posts, Rectangular or square shapes. No rounded or oval shapes. No visible downspouts or pipes at the front of the building. Air conditioners must be installed on the adjoining side or on the 2nd level. 2nd floor: Terrace with a toilet and a space to accommodate the water tank.
