Hello, I come from PNG and I'm planning to build an apartment building for rental. 25 x 25 m, 3 floors. I need a simple plan.
In this building, I want to build 40 apartments totally. So on each floor, there will be 14 apartments. Each apartment will be 40 sq.m, 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 bathroom, 1 balcony. On ground floor, there will be a reception, an office, a lobby.
