I have land 40 by 60 ft,about 223square meters in Nairobi Kenya
I want to build 1 building with 5 sections, 1 and 2 floor are shops,each floors 5 shops, each shop is 11 by 30sqft, hight is 3.5 meters , one shop about 31 sqm, 5 shops about 155sqm, The shop are next to each other, there is no road.
3-7 floors for office, offices on the same floor can interconnected
8th floor is about tank and how rain will fall and water enter to the tank
Ground floor there is space about 68sqm for parking
each shop need to include washrooms,Washreom 2 for ladies 2 for men urinol
Shop make shutter door, need modern design,Stairs make 5ft length
