Hello, I am a furniture manufacturing company owner in UK and a civil engineer and a project manager of this contract. I am working on a high-end apartment building at the moment for a client of mine in Cameroon. The scale of the building is 936.08 ㎡. 2 basements for parking, 1 ground floor and 3 floors making a total of 5 levels. The project is for short-term rental. I will attach the floor plan. The architectural design is done already but we need the optimization architecture schematic design and construction drawings. At the moment there are only 10 apartments, is it possible for your team to add 5 to make a total of 15 apartments? All apartments must have. Jacuzzi and shower cubicle. The entire roof is solar panels. 3rd floor is a swimming pool plus a terrasse bar. The doors of the apartment must have fingerprint + card entry. The whole building must be on a home automation system or home management system. Security system etc.
