1.Project area: 3.5 acres = 14163 SQM
2.Estimated construction: 10 floors, commercial shopping and hotel rooms together, about 150~200 five-star rooms, need to recommend the hotel brand.
3.Requirement: We are looking for a turnkey solution. Can you do the whole hotel design and construction? We are looking for a total turnkey solution. In other words can you do the whole designing and construction of a hotel? A gas station, a shopping mall and a hotel need to be built.
4.Location: Near Kenya Capital International Airport.
5.Project shares: the owner and partner each hold shares
6.Identity of partner: 20 years as a building contractor
My partners are building contractors and have experience in construction for over 20 years.
