Hello, we are a start-up real estate development and management company in Jamaica. We now have a hospitality project. It is a brownfield renovation. So we need interior design. This hotel is Airbnb for short-term rentals. The building of scale is 500 sq.m, only 1 floor. We have 2 areas designated for courtyards, with a pool outside. The landscape area is 2000-4000 sq.m.
