3000 sqft for the house ,1 floor
we need Single story modern farmhouse. 5 large bedrooms, The house should have two attached 2 bedrooms on each side.and 2 toilet too,
need 1 Open plan kitchen,
a large studio rooms, and one outside kitchen with large tells with outdoor dining rooms. Should have a bar outside with shade.
5 381 sqft for the farm
Chicken lane plan for 2000 bird's for 4 stages each to accommodate 500 bird's. Also a piggery plan a large one . Future investment since i'll start small i don't no the capacity yet or the same as for the chicken you advise. Plan for village chicken as well and also turkey house plan these should be medium. Planing to be self employed at the farm and as a business. Thanks

Also a storage facility for feed and finished products.
To the storage facility can I have an office ,need a small meeting rooms,and reception rooms,
need a kitchenette and room to store fills and cabinets and a safe.
For storage simple structures but durable
Make large because i ll be growing different things as well so i can also accommodate my customers who visit and come to buy at the farm.
For the house luxury of that's where i be staying and working.
