I want 500sqm construction plan for 4 storey house. I want you to upgrade my floor plan at the meantime and give us some advice. The building is for my family. I need to know the best place for stairs and openings in 3 directions there was a house only the front one is clear.. first i need the best position for stair. The second one is the position of the bathroom with drainage consideration septic tank is found at the front side of the site. I need a maximum of 4 bedroom. But my floor plan now has 5 bedrooms. Pls check the attached floor plan. i need a good partition for rooms. and we started the groud construction already. Look forward to your idea and quote asap. Our current floor plan arrangement below: Ground floor: entrance lobby, family room, storage room, maid room, and kitchen, parking area, yard. First floor: guestroom, master kitchen, lobby, dining area and living room. Third floor: four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fourth floor: one bedrooms, one bathroom, one stean room, one sauna room and one gym room.
