Hello, I need architectural design for my house in Philippines. The area is 258 sq.m with 2-3 floors and a basement. I like modernism style and intelligent control. I want to install central air conditioning in my house.
Ground floor: living room, dining room, 2 nanny rooms with the bathroom.
First floor: 1 master bedroom with the bathroom and the wardrobe, 2 bedrooms with the bathroom, 1 study.
Basement: hot bubble pool and indoor swimming pool, 1 entertainment room
The above are my initial thoughts, can you help me plan and optimize these rooms? Please share some cases with me.
