Hello, I have a land in Philippines, it's 150 sq.m in total. I want to build a villa for sales. So the area will be 80%-100% of the whole land. I like mordern decoration. There will be 2 floors: Ground Floor: 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 open-plan kitchen, 1 nanny room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom First Floor: 1 master bedroom with the bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 study room, 1 aisle leading to the terrace ( It's between the master bedroom and the study) I need a reasonable plan with high space utilization, could you give me your proposals?
