Design Description:
306sqm architectural deisgn for 3 storey house. The land size is 1100sqft, around 102sqm.Pls check attached site photo. 1. My plot is with red highlighted. It is located at the corner (East: Private land, West: Road, South: road and North: Private land). We will take all area from land from North side. 2. Ground Floor is for commercial usages so we will keep open hall with one toilet for now. Access (gate) will be from south for ground level. 3. House main gate and stair to be west side. For residency house is 1st floor. We need 3BHK but still not sure all 3BHK room in 1st floor or 2 bed room in 1st floor and 1 Bed room in 2nd floor whichever cost low you can suggest please. We will take maximum size of 1100 sqft for house and will keep open area in west side, just for balcony in east. 3 BHK means a unit has three bedrooms, a hall and a kitchen. Pls give me a quote.
