Design Description:
I need architectural design for a two story business house, it's not for me to stay. It's for business, total area about 500sqm. The land is 1750 sqm. First floor is a grocery store and a restaurant ( for fishmeat） . The area of grocery store and restaurant is about 252 sqm. Second floor is 10 guestrooms , 2 toilet ,2 bathroom, 1 kitchen plus sealing room. For the 10 guestrooms, 5 rooms will be couple room and other 5 will be single bedroom about 6 sqm for one room. About the area of rooms and other functional space, pls give me some ideas more on that.
