The steel structure design of an 800 m² cocoa processing plant with offices on level G+1. On the ground floor is a 300m2 house storage facility, dry cocoa beans, and a 2 X 250m2 cocoa processing plant building. There are at least 2 abandoned blocks on the first floor, including 3 toilets and showers, one for men and one for women. There must be a walkway around the processing plant. The upper floor needs 2 toilets, a medium-sized meeting room, and a pantry.
