I need optimization of architectural deisgn for apartments. The original plan is 125 units intotal, 6floors. In the original plan, the first floor includes PARKING、MAIN RECEPTION、LOBBY、SWIMMING POOL、CONFERENCE AREAS、WAITING LOUNGE-、RESTROOMS AND GYM. and 25 units on each floor from 2nd to 6th floor, 125 units in total. Right now, i want to add one more floor on the 6th, so there will be 7 floors in total. and the total units should be more than 150 units. the original plan, pls kindly check the attachment. thanks.
