Hi, I have a villa in Brunei, It's 669.6 sq.m with two floors, 334.8 sq.m per floor. I like luxury,upscale and modern style. I will update some pictures for your reference, I'm going to change some rooms.
Ground Floor: There are two living rooms and a dining room. I want to change the guest room into a kitchen and the Amah's room into two rooms. The middle staircase will be removed to the side.
First Floor: 4 bedrooms, I'd like to change those two bathrooms into study rooms or cloakrooms and the other two into saunas.
Detail functional areas please check the attachment. I'm looking for a professional designer to help me do the interior design for my villa, please design the reasonable and luxury areas.
