Hello, I'm responsible for a project in Papua New Guinea,this office building is for the govenor. there are 2 levels with a underground parking lot in total. each level has 1250 m2,so the total construction area will be 3750 m2. there will be different offices for Gobenor, secretary, advisor, and conference room,coffee shops,ect. detail functional areas pls check the attachment. I'm looking for a professional designer to help me design sketch first, we have a rough sketch but some of these units are wrong in it, please give me your proposals.
