Design Description:
we have 10 acres of land. we want a 3000 rooms Mixed-six residential facility comprising 6 blocks of
500 rooms each with some commercial space, space for management/staff parking, sport facilities
and a gymnasium.
This site is located on the University Campus just 5 minutes’ drive from the central classroom block.
The blocks will house 3000 rooms to provide accommodation for students, shopping
outlets, management and maintenance offices, study rooms and recreational areas. There is a plan
for the provision of solar power for heating and lighting, a borehole for water supply and biogas for
effluent treatment. There will be a porter’s lodge, and access controlled speed gates at the entrance
to restrict entry. All rooms shall have free Wi-Fi for internet and communal areas shall be fitted with
CCTV to ensure maximum security. There will be shared concierge services, laundry services and a
management office to provide full housekeeping and estate management services as and when
required.

Ground Level: Office Space, Porter office, Entrance lobby, Laundry space, Car parking,
activity/sporting area, movie theatre, shops, student rooms
1st – 6th Floor: Students' rooms, reading area
Roof: HVAC equipment, solar panels,
with 1 Bed Studio (50sqm), 2 Bed Studio (50sqm) , 2 in 1 Room (100sqm) , 3 in 1 Room (100sqm), 4 in 1 Room( 100sqm).
