GROUND FLOOR:- -1 big sitting room -1 small sitting room -1 big kitchen -1 big dining room -Study room for 6 children -Swimming pool ( 2 floors= 1 apartment)… EACH APARTMENT HAS:- -Sitting + dining room -1 Guest Master bedroom with regular/walk in closet -3 Children's Master Bedroom with Walk in closet -1 Couple's Mater Bedroom with 2 Walk in closets (+ 2 separate washrooms) -State of art kitchen -Walk in pantry -Recreation room -Small study room which can also be an office BEDROOM/BATHROOM DETAILS:- -Closet size should be 5m*5m approximately -After exiting bathroom you enter the walk in closet area before going to the bedroom -Bathroom should have jacuzzi and steam room (or maybe the steam room can be upstairs with the gym…?) -Size of bathroom should be 2m*3m approximately TOP FLOOR/TERRACE:- -Should be covered from the top -Instead of swimming pool we can have a shallow pool of water to sit around and relax -Garden area with fountain -Big office with conference area -Projector area where 20 people can sit and watch (like an AV theatre) -Playing room with table tennis, darts, badminton -GYM with a yoga room -BBQ area -Coffee area OTHER DETAILS:- -Design of the house should capture and harvest rainwater and also use natural cooling effects.
