Having partake in a numbers of value engineering projects such as 'The New Senate Building OAU Ile-Ife and the Directing Staff Quarters (2) Nigeria Defence College Abuja and host of others my design philosophy is centered on doing the right thing at the right time mainly because the cost of reconstruction in of any failure more costly, nerve wrecking and time consuming than doing the right thing at the right time. I have understood that, effective combination of fields experience, theoretically approach and sound engineering judgement is critical in production of safe, efficient, functional and cost-effective structural drawings. Furthermore, as bonefide member of the Chareted institute of Project Manager of Nigeria, the ideal project management approach as the situation dictate has been mastered due to the high impact training undergone from the institute.I have shaer ability to identify risk and manage it efficiently.
