I believe design is a collaboration of decisions from allied professionals with a conscious consideration of client requirements. I have been practicing for almost a decade, moreso if considering having a family background of architects. I grew up in the business of architecture and am very well proficient in softwares such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural software. I am also skilled and experienced in construction detailing, cost estimating, and project schedule planning. I have been both in the construction business and academe simultaneously working to improve my knowledge and know-how in the profession. I have a diverse experience working in small scale projects like residences both lowcost and highend, commercial stores and shops, open courts, pavilions, and school buildings; and I have assisted in bigger projects as well such as government buildings, hospitals, highrise condominiums, hotels, unversity planning, and research centers. I have also worked for clients abroad, working remotely for varied projects ranging from residences, real estate, kindergartens, hotels, and a cultural center; projects that are from Australia, the Majuro Islands, Singapore, Japan, Spain, London, Ghana, South Africa, New York, Texas, California, and other clientele I have meet and worked for online. I enjoy the solving design problems and the crafting of plans, models, and renders. I particularly enjoy presenting these projects to the clients satisfying their design requirements.
