CREATIVE STUDIOS LIMITED, an interior architectural designing firm was found by Sandra Aikaruwa Mushi, a young, creative and enthusiastic individual who is highly experienced in interior design and architecture; and is now a prominent expert in the industry.

CREATIVE STUDIOS LIMITED is committed to achieving the highest level of design with a “turn-key” approach through their services offered. Our team successfully participate in projects from the initial concepts stage, to project coordination, installation and supervision to handing over and final accounts always with precision, professionalism, attention to detail, exceptional customer service and expert project management skills. For over a decade plus the firm is consistently recognized for its business acumen and its variety of innovative design solutions that impeccably blend functional and aesthetic needs.

The head and founder, Sandra is registered with the African Institute of Interior Design Professions (IID), South Africa as a Professional Interior Designer. She is also registered with the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), USA as a Professional International Interior Designer.

CREATIVE STUDIOS was featured in the inaugural edition of the Architectural Journal 2018 – for the Architects Association of Tanzania (AAT). This publication is by the Construction Review, an ABC verified Pan-African monthly construction publication esteemed by executives in the construction and allied sectors throughout Africa, publishes the publication, in conjunction with the Architects Association of Tanzania (AAT).

CREATIVE STUDIOS strives to create and design interior spaces that add value to the building and experience within each space. The interior design services offered in new as well as refurbishment projects, from the conceptualization stage to snagging and handing over.

CREATIVE STUDIOS prides herself in the ability to translate a design from drawing board to reality. Range of projects include residential houses, residential complexes, religious buildings, learning centres, health centres as well as commercial buildings, shops and shopping malls, banks, offices and entertainment centres, exhibitions spaces, casinos, hotels and restaurants.

Throughout our work there is a determination to improve on existing methods and materials to produce solutions which look better, lasts and are financially viable. We strive to develop high standard of design and specifications. Owing to our clients’ increased understanding we therefore strive to have professional interior design carried out in and around their premises. While we highly recommend the use of locally available materials, we also have a network of international suppliers for products that may not be locally available.

Resources and Facilities
To ensure an effective and efficient undertaking of the tasks at hand, we are equipped with iMAC computers which are said to be best for designers with latest and all necessary programs for the smooth operation of day-to-day activities of a busy interior architectural design office as well as a library with catalogues, samples and reference books, an A3 printer and an A2 plotter.
