Delivery content and service scope:
1. Party A shall provide on-site room measurement drawings or original building CAD drawings and on-site photos and videos. If a business trip is required for on-site survey and measurement, additional travel expenses shall be charged. If problems need to be solved on-site during the process, a single charge shall be made. (Business trips are available throughout the country and some foreign countries)
2. The service scope includes interior design, exterior design, soft furnishings, VI design (charged separately), process follow-up, etc.
3. Delivery content: research data analysis (geographic location, original site analysis, user portrait analysis, competitive product analysis, business strategy analysis), floor plan, concept definition creation, rendering scheme presentation,
construction drawing technical drawings (decoration part, electromechanical water supply and drainage, weak current), auxiliary supporting facilities (lighting design, air conditioning design, fire protection design, structural transformation design, charged separately), material list (material sample), and on-site publicity.
