Good day I am writing to express my interest in looking for a job opportunity that suits my background experience. I come from a solid technical background with a strong passion for architecture and design. My area of focus is on concept and schematic designs which also includes feasibility studies. Through more than twenty years of design and project management experience, I have developed a strong understanding of FAR, BUA, GBUA, and GLA, particularly in commercial design. I am also skilled in design presentation including visualization and a high level of drafting. My time working as a project manager and designer has so far been incredibly rewarding and fruitful. In addition, via my professional experience, I have used my knowledge and abilities to boost the development of numerous individuals and organizations.
