I am Ithabeleng Patrick Mpapea, Architectural Technologist: Practice Clerk of Works for 2 years, this experience develops me to be Structural Engineer and Quantity Surveyor. Overall, I have been in construction for 5 years now 2023 and I have played different roles on site and in office: Design Architectural or Structural Analysis, Estimation projects and supervise them.

IN DESIGN Creative with Heart and Brain
Forming space into the perfect fit for my client’s is my big passion. Starting from scratch with just a vision, translating it into a balanced space filled with architectural details. I design for the heart as well as the head. I operate from both sides of the brain. I create projects that affect us emotionally as well as intellectually.

ESSENCE OF HOME/LIIVING
A Home is place as physical as set of feelings. I design homes that physical location, materials, feelings and ideas are united and influence each other. I analyze in depth the habits, the needs and the inspiration of family in order that designed answer can be detailed regarding the program, the functions and aesthetic aspect. I have about 20+ home designed single or double Storey with different type of roofs.
