SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS •15 years of experience in Engineering Field of work •Thorough proficiency in, Auto Cad , 3D Max , Sketch Up, and CS3 Photoshop, CS5 Illustrator. •Great communication skills (English) •Great joy working on variety of medium-large scale known commercial and institutional projects. •Exceptional ability to visualize ideas in Three Dimensional form •Uncommon knowledge and ability to perform technical drawing and working with computers •Remarkable ability to be accurate and neat in drawing work •Excellent artistic talent in freehand drawing •Capable of partnering with installation professionals to ensure that projects are on track and all documents are accurate. •Analyze architects’ or the other designer’s concepts, and prepare preliminary sketches and detailed instructions. •Interpret client briefs and prepare and develop plan drawing or sketch plans for client approval. •Help prepare building specifications for building plans to suit individual clients. •Prepare architectural drawings, showing internal and external layouts of the buildings. •Prepare 3D Perspective for presentation with complete landscaping based on the site development plan. •Prepare working drawings showing plans, elevations, sections, materials and finishes, and some architectural standard details as well as other aspects such as Civil Works layouts, HVAC ducting, plumbing drainage / water, and some Detailed Enlarged Section Drawings •Calculate the bill of quantity and quality of materials needed, and labor cost. •Performed mechanical works drawings and working to supervise onsite installations of HVAC ducting and piping’s based on the approved drawings also with the approval by the Mech. Engineer. •Performed as Architectural Site Inspector for installations of approved materials, onsite and with proper Architectural standards to be installed in dry and wet areas for hospital buildings, commercial buildings, schools, compound villas, housing apartments and warehouses etc.
