I have worked productively and successfully with Real Estate Developer Farks Town.
I created axonometric 3D renderings of 225 apartments; I performed interior design in different styles for 54m2; 77m2; 57 m2 and 87 m2 Apartments, which includes floor plan layout and in 3DMax V-ray/Corona detailed renderings. Also, renderings for office, restaurant, pool and different spaces.
I made Exterior renderings (+Video) in Lumion and B Block building drawing plans in Archicad.
I performed the work very successfully, as a result of which the building company was satisfied with both the quality of the work performed and the time management, which led to a quick and sharp sale of the apartments under construction. My colleague and marketer Ninutsa Khuskivadze helped me in the implementation of the content and concept. In order for the work to be completed on time, the architect Ika Chikaidze helped me in rendering the exterior video.
