Head of project department for fashion Trading company , my mission was to guarantee all
new stores opening on target , with management of all maintenance task on our ongoing
project.
1- Manage construction projects from conception to implementation and monitor major material, orders
& deliveries, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, at agreed cost and quality standards.
2- Review and approve principal budgets in a fully coordination with the Director of Retail & Business
development, Head of Operations and Managing Director.
3- Check technical drawings and ensure the feasibility of project designs and engineering activities,
consistency with the project design and review it in full coordination with the Head of Operations and
Director of Retail & Business development.
4- Identify and recommend procurements' resources for (Technicians and materials), provide
specifications, perform technical evaluation of quotes and assess contracts to qualify contractors.
5- Coordinate with owners in order to ensure necessary approvals, permits and associated
documentation are in place.
6- Coordinate with third party contractors, if any, and ensure that schedules of stores' drawings and
programs of work are properly communicated, operating procedures and standards are applied and
multiple work of different contractors is properly coordinated.
