I have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, a Diploma in Architecture and a Diploma in Project Management. I have over 5 years of experience in Architecture, Real Estate Affiliate Marketing, Construction Project Management and Human Resource Development . I’m also an occupational health and safety environment officer, certified by the World Safety Organization,with experience on how to control and prevent accidents at the construction site.
I have worked in 3 different countries, with several Real Estate Companies as a Construction Project Manager/Supervisor, Finishing Architect and Interior Decorator. I’m proficient in the use of BIM softwares like Revit, Archicad, Sketch-up, Adobe XD, Canva and 3Ds Max. I’m also proficient in the use of Microsoft Projects, Microsoft Word and Excel. I have a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and have played a major role in increasing the revenue of every company I have worked for. I am adept at creating and implementing successful design strategies, with advertising and promotional program management.
I have good communication skills. My self-discipline will yield maximum productivity, to the growth of the company . I am capable of working long hours, under pressure and with a mandate to deliver. In addition, I possess a strong technical background and I’m able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical individuals. I am a team player, highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
