I have been doing As-Builts and 3D models for almost 10 years now, and in that 10 years I have surveyed more than 200,000 square meters.

Since I started working with Revit, I have been focusing on LOD300 models of existing structures. My work as an As-Built Specialist has allowed me to measure up and draw everything from warehouses, mansions, factories, and more, all measured up using a Leica Disto. My work involves taking 2D layouts of buildings and designing detailed 3D models from the 2D plans. I can also add interior details such as pipework and furniture. I am more proficient in the 3D illustration of future and/or existing structures.

I am also highly skilled in taking 3D Laser Scan data (Pointclouds) of existing structures and turning it into Building Information Models.

I am proficient in SketchUp, Caddie and Revit, and highly focused on detail.
