1. WHO WE ARE

ODESEY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED

ORIGIN: ODESEY is a coinage of two words;

ODE: An ode is a kind of poem, usually praising something.

ODYSSEY: This word is derived from the long narration of mythological Greek King Odysseus in his travails, which lasted for 10 years, as he tries to return home after the Trojan War. In some battles he was defeated and some victorious. Eventually he succeeded to reassert his place as rightful King of Ithaca.


So I combined the word ODE + SEY to create a unique word ODESEY. To me, ODESEY stands for the poetic narration of my life-struggles that should culminate in success.


THE FOUNDER:MOHAMED OMAR
Born on the 15th day of February 1964; is a Kenyan national, married and a graduate from the National College of Arts (NCA) in Lahore, Pakistan.

He did his apprenticeship with some of Pakistan’s leading consultancy firms the likes of Nayyer Ali Daddah (Architects and Interior Designers – Lahore), Consultant Collaborative (Interior Designers – Lahore), Wasif and Associates (Architects –Lahore), Orient Advertising PVT. Ltd. (Advertising Agents – Islamabad) (All being NCA alumni).

Locally (Nairobi) he worked for Abdul Hamid Architects, Motif Creative Arts, Creative Communications Ltd. Total Design International and Distinctive Interiors in various creative capacities and all based in Nairobi before venturing into private practice.

2. ABOUT US

ODESEY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, is a registered multidiscipline firm in Kenya. Through its investment banking partnerships has the ability to mobilize the necessary funding for projects in the form of debt, bonds, DFI funding, private equity, venture capital, sovereign wealth funds and other innovative capital sources such as impact funds. The funding type of projects is determined in the course of the feasibility study on conditions of acceptable guarantees, and collateral or direct equity participation.

ODESEY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, our consortium and by extension with our internationally credible company networks; are able to carry out public or private projects and work from

architectural and engineering conceptualization in civil construction, real estate development, seaports, power plants (thermal, solar, hydraulic), hospitals, hotels, hydrology technology, waste treatment plants, manufacturing or processing, agribusiness, mining, oil and gas development, and many other fields by investing 100% of the required capital plus technical knowhow. We work with some of the world leading companies in these sectors.

The client envisioned an apartment that seeks to bring residents a tranquil living within the city surburbs , is skillfully managed with modern amenities to give their tenants experience of utmost comfort. Odesey articulated that vision by designing these luxurious apartment which is located at Kiambere road Upper Hill in Nairobi.

Royal apartments is an executive and spacious 3 all ensuite bedroom apartment in the heart of Upper Hill.

It has modern interior and exterior finishes.
It has a spacious sitting cum dining area, an open kitchen with pantry , laundry area
and a servants quarter with wardrobe and toilet.
All bedrooms are ensuite and fitted with wardrobes. It has a guest toilet. The unit has a grilled door for extra security.
