JIA is an architecture and construction based in south of Metro Manila with operations in NCR, greater NCR and in far north and south, founded by individuals who share the same passion and vision as designers and builders.
It explore the diversity of the architectural and construction practice as a critical cultural act that engaes their most fundamental desires and aspirations. The practice is led by Architect Ivan Pamintuan and associates.
Engaged in projects such as, but not limited to: commercials, residentials, mid-rise and mixed use buildings, warehouses, institutionals for private clients as well as for government projects. Their comprehensive involvement and experience in design and construction resulted to the foundation of JIA.
