Crisp & Compact Home

We are a creative agency, and as they continue to grow and expand, their offices also need to be relocated. The new office space is located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and is designed by Dynamo™.
This is a two-story private house with garden, swimming pool and barbecue area, located near Vicente López. The design challenge was to transform the house into an office area with the spirit of DHNN. One of the prerequisites is that after the final relocation, the house can be returned to its original state. Under the intervention, equipment items become the most important element, and each item is carefully considered to accompany various new activities.
The designer reorganized the original purpose of each area while maintaining the private and public composition logic in the two-story space. The public area is located on the ground floor, and the meeting area is for designers and account managers who are constantly increasing. Their location is located in the original restaurant and can be directly connected to the outside world. The private area of ​​the house is located upstairs and can accommodate space for private use. The bedroom was transformed into an office for the head of the agency. The creative staff occupies the largest suite in the house, and the meeting and discussion room occupies the other space. The design also created a game room for children of the employee's family to play at night.
