Here is the glimpse from step to step of our working process –Step 1: The Phone CallThe first step to our designing process is getting our client’s phone call. We have a conversation over the phone to fix a meeting and visit the space.Step 2: Initial Meeting and Site VisitWe have an initial meeting with our client (at no charge). Here, we discuss what your requirements are and what goals you have regarding the design process.Step 3: Financial Proposal and Free Conceptual DrawingWe give you a tentative outline of the project along with the free conceptual drawing so that you can visualize your space. Fees and timings are discussed during this time.Step 4: Token AmountTo go about with our designing process, we agree on a token amount so that we can present you the design options.Step 4: Design WorkThe design work begins according to your specifications.Step 5: Final Budget and AgreementThe final budget is proposed and we come to an agreement to be on board in the project designing.Step 6: Project ExecutionWe go about implementing the design in your space. We have skilled designers, builders, contractors who work with us to give your space the look you desire. After completing his Architecture degree, he has formed a proprietorship organization named “Cascade Architects” in the year 2004 as Proprietor and CEO.The brilliant team of Cascade Architects is supported by Kazi Md Aminul Islam, the Managing Director and Architect Debasish Rakshit, the Director and a wide range of skilled professionals. In 2014, the firm embarked into the journey of furniture business with ‘Home Pro’, a contemporary furniture and home decor solution outlet in Banani, Dhaka. H. J. Home ProHome Pro is another wing of Cascade Architects, offering home decor solutions. At its co. Its goal was to introduce a furnishing store that offered world-class contemporary products and valued every dime of the customer. Having an architectural background facilitated him in achieving his goal since a furnishing store went hand in hand with an architectural firm. The brand was officially inaugurated in September 2014 and in July 2016; it was re-launched through a brand new outlet located in Banani. At present, Home Pro offers German and Italian branded furniture, leather sofas, dining set, bed, souvenir, lighting fixtures, ceiling finishes, decorative wall accents, floor finishes, kitchen appliances, accessories and all kinds of architectural hardware and interior solutions. It mainly caters towards contemporary-minded individuals who seek for European stand furnishers. Home Pro has merged with several foreign brands and is the official partner of the renowned German accessories and appliance brand, Hafele. Ever since the inception, Home Pro is constantly striving to provide its customers with the best quality products that are modern yet timeless.
