Core Team:

Kong Lingyan (Liam)
Founder and Principal Designer, Kong Lingyan is a RIBA Part II qualified architect. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from Cardiff University, UK, with a research focus on infrastructural urbanism. He previously worked at the internationally renowned Kengo Kuma and Associates, where he participated in large-scale urban complex projects, as well as several mid-sized public projects and architectural/interior renovation projects.

Ye Haopeng (Hoban)
Interior Design Director, Ye Haopeng's portfolio encompasses villas and residences, commercial offices, hotels, and homestays. His design approach emphasizes the integration of function, sustainability, and aesthetics. Unconstrained by a fixed style, he excels at crafting spaces that meet expectations by focusing on the preferences, lifestyles, and authentic needs of users.

Mai Wanting (Mai)
Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering, holding a Mid-Level Professional Title as a Landscape Architecture Engineer. With nearly a decade of experience in landscape design, she has previously worked at Yijing Landscape Design and DDON Associates. She specializes in landscape design for high-end residential, commercial, municipal, and cultural tourism resort projects.
