I am a BIM Architect and Coordinator with a Diploma in Architecture and Urban Design, complemented by postgraduate qualifications in Property Valuation and Energy Auditing. Over the years, I have developed solid expertise in transforming 2D CAD drawings, point cloud data, and 3D laser scans into highly detailed BIM models,producing Bills of Quantities (BoQ), and developing parametric Revit families tailored to each project’s needs.
My professional background covers the entire BIM workflow — from concept design and documentation for building permits to clash detection, coordination, and as-built modeling. I have also been actively involved in creating Digital
Twins for facility management and lifecycle analysis, integrating architectural, structural, and MEP data within coordinated BIM environments.
Through close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, I have continuously contributed to improving project accuracy, coordination, and efficiency. I am highly proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Dynamo, and other digital tools essential for data-driven design and project delivery.
In parallel, I pursue ongoing professional development through certified BIM and digital construction courses,ensuring I remain aligned with the latest ISO 19650 standards, Level of Development (LOD) frameworks, and sustainability principles.
