Ye Khant

My name is Ye Khant. I’m an interior designer and visualizer with a background in civil engineering and more than six years of hands-on design experience. My work brings together the technical side of building with the emotional and aesthetic qualities that make a space truly livable. I focus on creating modern environments that feel calm, clear, and functional.

For me, design is about more than just how a space looks, it’s about how it feels. Whether I’m working on a luxury beachfront villa, a compact city apartment, or a minimalist retail space, my goal is always to create interiors that are both visually appealing and comfortable to live in. I pay close attention to layout, lighting, proportion, and the overall mood of each project.

I’ve worked on a variety of projects, including private homes, commercial shops, hostels, and villa developments in Myanmar and Thailand. From the first concept sketches to the final visualizations, I approach each stage of the design process with care, precision, and creativity.

I’m skilled in 3ds Max, V-Ray, D5 Render, AutoCAD, and Canva, which allows me to produce high-quality 3D visuals and detailed technical drawings. My strengths include modern space planning, minimalist detailing, lighting design, and presentation styling. I’m comfortable working in a range of styles, from Modern Luxury and Scandinavian to Minimalist and Tropical Contemporary.

Curiosity drives my work, but I always stay grounded in solid structure and a human-centered approach. I’m constantly looking for new ways to help people feel better and live better in the spaces I design.
