Service Description

Excellent and very detailed knowledge of all aspects in architecture, interior and landscape design for civil, industrial and commercial facilities; Long experience in working independently and in a team for many local and international projects; Confirmed and strong capacity in management of architecture design office and the staff; Successful experience in leading project teams through all project phases including conceptual design, design development and construction documents; High level of creativity for design problem-solving issues; Proven ability in leading project from zero till commissioning as Project Senior Architect with full coordination of architectural plans with all other project parts such as Structural, Heating, Ventilation, Air-conditioning, Plumbing, Electrical and Low voltage systems; Closely familiar with Building Codes, Construction standards and governmental mandatory rules; Excellent ability in providing design supervision during construction works with technical consultation support in implementation of construction works on the site.
