Founded in 2016, Hold Brothers Engineering limited liability company. (HBE) is a comprehensive
consulting, research, design and construction firm in the urban and civil construction industry. It has
expertise in urban planning, feasibility study, engineering design, business models, construction and
supervision of civil construction, municipal infrastructure services projects, covering water, sanitation,
sewerage utilities, solid waste management operations, landscape, architectures etc. HBE provides
multidisciplinary approaches and comprehensive assistance to encompass the management, financing,
design standards, technology and cost recovery mechanisms needed to improve services delivery and to
support sustainable economic development.
HBE has passed the authentication and got License #Al-595, 180488 of Ministry of construction for
Development of design and estimate documentation for facilities and complexes for housing
construction and also design of engineering networks and systems project-estimate documentation for
capital and current repair of construction sites.
Rich Experiences in Municipal and Civil Infrastructure Projects
HBE successfully completed many projects financed by government ministries and bodies such as
Ministry of Preschool education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Public education of the
Republic of Uzbekistan, Uzbekistan national institute of standardization and metrology, JSC
“Uzbekneftegaz” UNG Petro, "Dzhizak Automobile Plant" Ltd. (volkswagen.uz), “MIMAR GROUP”
and etc.
Moreover, HBE completed four projects financed by international financing organization like UNITED
NATIONS CHILDREN’S FUND (UNICEF) to conduct technical assessment and develop appropriate
and practical project design and engineering solutions for WASH and health waste management (HWM)
works in healthcare facilities, as well as conduct supervision and quality assurance of construction
works, considering the climate conditions of Karakalpakstan, Surkhandarya, Syrdarya districts and
Tashkent city.

The company has over 50 key employees and 10 professional departments and divisions as well.
Currently, HBE possesses 36 engineers, in which 3 are with more than 40 years of experience, 20 are
with more than 7 years of experience.
