I am Architect Tanie De Castro, Principal Architect of ARKI DC a Design and Build Firm that provides end to end services from Design conceptualization to Project Delivery. Our Services include Architectural, Interior design and MEPF Services, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and fire pro, Structured cabling and Auxiliary Services. We have different partner vendors that completes the whole project delivery. We design and Build Corporate Offices, Residential and hospitality, Institutions and Commercial retails. We specialize in general fitout services and do ground ups as well.

We have been in the industry relatively new for less than a decade but our combined experiences extend to a more than 2 decades of experience and expertise.

We do collaborate with various industry trades and partners, mastering the art of project management and design management.

Our goal is to deliver to our clients all project requirements they need with best satisfaction and user experience.
