I am a seasoned Civil Engineer specializing in Building and Public Works, with over 32 years of extensive experience in design offices and on-site construction projects. Currently, I serve as the Head of the Infrastructure and Development Department at the Civil Aviation Authority of Madagascar, where I oversee the planning, design, and maintenance of aviation facilities nationwide. In parallel, I work as a Consultant for the SMAI engineering firm, contributing my expertise to a range of high-profile projects.
