Experience –BIM Instructor:
• As BIM instructor for HKIAI - Hong Kong Interior & Architecture Institution and Hang Seng University, I was responsible for teaching BIM Revit, Civil3D, GBP, Dynamo, Cobie, Navisworks, BIM360, SketchUp as well as BIM consulting service for Woods Bagot and Architectural Services Department.

Experience – Architecture & Geotechnical:
• As a Management Officer for Diocesan Boys’ School, I was responsible for BIM coordination, construction management of new buildings, geotechnical engineering and facility management. My duties included BIM coordination, site analysis, contract management, design proposal, construction planning, technical advice based on statutory requirements.
• As an Assistant Manager (Geotechnical) of Hang Seng Bank – University Site, I was responsible for spatial design and BIM asset management, geotechnical and facility management. My duties included management of BIM IP, BEP, TI/MIDP, site analysis, quality assurance, collaboration CDE, information delivery strategy & protocol, assessment of capacity & capability of task team, federation strategy, security planning, ABIM with cobie, building code checking, and delivered BIM courses for university students.
• As Assistant Manager of Egoart (Architctural) Design Workshop Ltd., I was responsible for architectural design, BIM Information Management with Revit, ArchiCAD, Civil3D, Navisworks, BIM Costx, BIM360, Dynamo, Cobie, as well as SketchUp, Rhino and AutoCAD for statutory GBP submission.
• As Geotechnical Engineering Inspector of Works for Hong Kong Housing Authority, I am responsible for BIM delivery management, site analysis and planning with Civil3D, task information management for construction of ELSW, foundation works, soil nail, GI logging, pipe pile, soldier pile and bored pile, flexible barrier, safety audit, technical advice on BIM modelling, design drawing and GIS analysis for wind path and solar studies.
