Maria Ana Angeles

I, Maria Ana Angeles, 56 years old, would like to apply for the position of Senior Faade Designer.

I have over seven years’ experience as a DRAFTING; DESIGN as well as an ESTIMATOR in a construction firm particularly with ARCHITECTURAL AND CIVIL WORKS. I also work in a CONSULTING FIRM which gives me a wider knowledge of onsite inspection and troubleshooting. My site exposure in a consulting firm last 1999 to year 2000 influence me to work with specialty project such as FAADE CURTAIN WALL & WINDOWS & DOORS. And in year 2001 and till now, doing an estimate and handling project with stick system method until finally I am able to handle unitized curtain wall projects.

Presently, I am working at AL AZEEMA ALUMINUM as a Deputy Technical Manager.
Recently I work in Kuwaiti Ahli Aluminum Manufacturing Company as a TEAM LEADER and before that I work in ALICO LIGHTS & INDUSTRIES Co. KUWAIT, as a SENIOR DESIGNER, handling Al Amiri Hospital, Salam Palace @ GULF ROAD, using SHUCO SYSTEM which I use before in my previous projects in ALUMACO handling Cultural Center of Kuwait- Gulf Road, KOC Hospital- Ahmadi and 1263 Al Saoud Tower - Mirqab, Kuwait City.

My 1st job in Kuwait was with ALUMACO INTERNATIONAL KUWAIT, a company related to Professional Solution, having a field and task of Professional Solution on the same field of faade works.

In the Philippines I was working as a Freelance Curtain Wall Designer, before I work as a Cadd Designer at Reem Emirates Aluminum. based in Abu Dhabi projects, I am in charge of material take off for unitized and stick curtain wall system, and doing some cutting list for brackets and panels etc. I was also in-charge, ERP Oracle System of material codifications required for all projects.

With my previous job in Al Abbar Aluminum, as a Project Coordinator, I can handle high rise project, having a strong technical skills and proficiency in handling manpower from 60 to 100 nos. at job site, as well as coordinating from design and cutting list team for the implementation on site works and schedules. In addition, I have successfully provided support to my project manager as well as coordinating with the consultant and main contractor and other sub-contractor related works.
