I am an Architect / Project Manager with over eight years of experience in the construction industry (Pre-contract / Post-contract) as a Chief Architect / Project Manger. Highly competent in detailed design, 3D Modeling, 4D simulation, Unreal Engine, 2D design, 3D simulation (using Autodesk REVIT, Synchro 4D, AutoCAD, Lumion, and Sketchup). I possess a strong foundation in the latest technological tools and processes, enabling me to efficiently handle pre-contract documentation, post-contract, and project analysis. Involved with many major Commercial, Civil & MEP projects in Nigeria, and Ghana within Contracting & Consultancy firms. Project Sectors are as follows: • Commercial, and Residential • Service Apartment and Hotels • Hospital Projects • Road and Infrastructure Projects 3D and 2D Architectural drawings will be provided with details for the above mentioned project types with efficiency. I have excellent skills in Synchro 4D, Primavera P6, MS project, AutoCAD, MS Excel, REVIT, and a fast learner of new software if needed to fulfill the job. I am also an Architectural softwares trainer and a content creator. 2 to 4 days of small-level jobs and delivery time for other-scale jobs will depend upon the Scope of Work. But i am also capable of prioritizing urgent jobs.
