Boiboi Mike Oswaha

Am a highly skilled licensed Civil Engineer, I graduated from Shijiazhuang Tiedao University with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. I worked with Catholic Relief Services (CRS) as DRR & Infrastructure Engineering, in a USAID-BHA funded project monitoring community projects like feeder roads, Dams (water ponds), dikes,and drainage channels. In collaboration with the CRS WASH team, I help with Engineering designs, BoQs, scheduling, and supervision of other CRS Country Program Construction and renovation works. I worked as a Lead Project Engineer, Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer at Juba- Rumbek Highway for the Consultant firm ‘Liberty Engineering and Construction Ltd’ where I oversaw materials quality through associated laboratory tests, checking concrete works, formworks, asphalt mix design, Earthworks (Soil tests), road profile levels, road dikes, flood control, community access roads, and many other duties. Besides my current position, I was a Construction Engineer at Ardent Engineering Ltd Juba, executed many construction projects to completion stages did my Internship with China Communications Construction Company Ltd (CCCC) in Kampala, Uganda as a site Inspector and have been involved in a lot of construction projects. Additionally, I am familiar with the construction of structures like bridges, culverts, buildings, foundations, and perimeter walls, have talents in Auto-CAD,ArchiCAD, Revit, and ETABS for carrying out both architectural and structural designs, and I can read technical drawings, carry out work according to specifications/standards, prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and request for proposals, speaking Arabic & Chinese will prove to be an invaluable asset to the Organization.
