In the early stages of my career, I worked as a real estate architect, primarily focusing on residential design and construction. My responsibilities included tasks such as build and sell projects, lot acquisition and subdividing, residential appraisal, and construction project management. Additionally, I handled various administrative duties, engaged in real estate marketing and networking, and participated in pre-selling and project deal closing activities within the real estate industry. Starting as an in-house design architect, I progressed to become the lead design architect and eventually attained the position of Chief/Senior Design Architect. Later on, I was promoted to the role of Company Project Executive, where I oversaw the management of the company's entire project portfolio. My tenure with the real estate company lasted for more than three years. Following my departure from the real estate industry, I joined a General Construction Corporation, where I assumed the position of Senior Lead Architect within the Architectural Design and Engineering Department. In this role, I led a team responsible for creating competitive designs for residential, commercial, industrial, and resort projects, including those for government departments and offices. As I progressed within the company, I was promoted to the role of project manager, which involved interacting with various personnel in the construction industry. As the project manager, I had the opportunity to supervise and coordinate the design and construction of building projects across multiple engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural. Eventually, I was promoted to the position of General Manager, overseeing the overall administration of the company. My responsibilities encompassed administration, accounting, marketing and advertising, as well as architectural and engineering tasks. I worked with the general construction company for over three years. Currently, I am working as a Freelance Architect, specializing in Design and Build projects. I cater to a diverse range of design needs, including residential, commercial, and business designs, resort building and development designs, fit-in and fit-out designs, small-scale retail outlet designs, as well as swimming pool and landscaping designs. Additionally, I offer architectural interior services, utilizing both 2D and 3D visualization techniques.
