VARITS Engineering Works Limited was incorporated with limited liability on the 12th August, 2021 under the section 18 (3) of the company act 2021 and by virtue majority of the share holders are nationals (Ugandans). VARITS operates nationally and originally from its Head office in Kira - Wakiso District and is one of the fastest growing Engineering companies in Uganda.
