I am an architect and I worked in Raha Architects office in IRAQ as a site architect and supervised the implementation of many projects, which I will mention below. Main Tasks: Preparing bills of quantities for small, medium, and large projects. Creating project time schedules. Preparing shop drawings and comparing them with as-built plans. Coordinating structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings with architectural plans. Selecting appropriate building materials. Overseeing implementation and monitoring contractors and workers. Ensuring that the design is executed accurately and matches the real-world conditions. Achievements: Residential house in the Azadi area in Erbil. Classic-style residential house in the Brighty area of Erbil. Construction of a 6-story office building in Area 32 in Erbil. Sadaf Furniture Showroom in Sulaymaniyah, Iraqi Kurdistan. Development of a commercial center named Mass Avenue on Masyf Road in Erbil. Assistant engineer role in the Twin Towers in the Bakhtiari area in Erbil. Design and execution of Raco company's office in E1 Tower in Erbil. Establishment of Raha Architects’ new office in E1 Tower 1 in Erbil. Design and creation of the Sky Restaurant on the top floor of E1 Tower. Design and construction of a swimming pool and gym on the fifth floor of E1 Tower. Another classic-style house project in Erbil."
