Fadzai Shunamisai

With about 15 years’ experience in the construction industry I possess comprehensive knowledge of architectural design and draughting, and managing small to medium projects. I have also closed some good deals in the real estate arena. With my background and skills in the property industry I am adequate for any organizational requirements or expectations. While working for SV Architects in Pretoria South Africa, I successfully applied my architectural skills and participated in various projects including the Germiston Hospital, Medunsa skills lab and various residential projects. Then later I worked at Architectural Aluminum, where I successfully applied my office and project management skills. I have also had a go at estate agent and interior design consultant with Pam Golding Harare on a part time basis. My experiences have been positive ones due in part to my interpersonal skills. I am a dedicated, team player with good communication skills. I can work under pressure while paying attention to detail. I am passionate about bringing people’s dreams to reality through designs that reflect their personality and lifestyle.
