NAAMI involved in the biggest redevelopment project in Mumbai. MHADA had organized a completion and out of many architects around the world, NAAM he biggest ever project in Solapur and Shelu approx. project area is 2.52 Crores sq.ft.

In Our vast research in affordable housing sector has given us amazing results (in above project) in reducing the construction cost. For P+16 building with alluform shuttering, our steel consumption is coming below 4 kg per sq.ft and construction cost including all finishes is coming up to 1580 rs per sq.ft. which is significantly low.
